Why choose a HomefromHolme Serviced Apartment?

Is it far from the town centre?

All of our apartments are based in the town centre.

Is it far from the local station?

All our apartments are within 13 minutes walk of the town centre.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation through our website – or by calling us directly on 01727 765756.

Is WiFi provided?

Yes – we provide high speed, complimentary WiFi.

Are utilities included?

All utilities (gas, electricity, water, WiFi and TV) are included.

Is there parking?

Yes – every apartment has a complimentary allocated parking space.

Is there a housekeeping service?

Yes – housekeeping will visit once a week to clean the apartment and change all the linen and towels. Most of our apartments also receive a second ‘top up’ clean.

Will I be met at the apartment?

Yes - we meet and welcome all our guests at check in. We like to make an appointment for your arrival.

You will be met at the apartment by one of our team who will show you into your apartment and answer any questions you may have.

What time is check in and check out?

Our usual check in window on weekdays is between 3pm and 5pm although we can be flexible. At the weekends, our check in window is between 11am and 3pm.

Check out is at 10am.

Are linen and towels provided?

Yes all linen and towels are provided (except for linen for travel cots). These will be changed weekly.

Are there cooking facilities?

Yes – every apartment has a full kitchen, equipped with every possible appliance.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes – every apartment has its own washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

Is a hairdryer provided?

Yes – every apartment has a hairdryer.
